Smart cities with all the its technological features and processes( smart buildings, distributed energy resources (DER), data analytics, and smart transportation). Augmented reality/virtualization,Building information modeling, AI-guided design & robot constructors & Redefining building design with 3D & 4D printing are technologies related to the design of a smart city.

EXCITING CURRENT PROJECTS :

As the fact of the construction industry has the greater Impact on Energy consumption and carbon footprint reduction; the decision-making policies, Effective designs (Lowering the demand of energy before optimizing the consumption ) & Integrated solutions, would play a major role in shaping the future of the Smart City. So as an Architect, I am working on a Research of "The design challenges for Smart Cities". Another work is implementing the BIM to optimize work and company procedures to help to produce Sustainable buildings.

WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE LIKED TO KNOW WHEN YOU STARTED YOUR CAREER IN ENERGY?

I hoped if I would Know from early how human behavior would impact energy consumption. And how the acceleration of adopting the new technologies would widen the difference between the city centers, suburbs, and rural areas. So for the started entrepreneur women in the energy sector, you should start with raising awareness and educate people of energy-consuming behaviors, that would lay the ground for better-integrated practices and solutions.
