What is your offering and how does it transform/disrupt the energy sector?

We offer an IoT hardware and platform that retrofits to existing builds in 10 minutes to offer automated demand-response type real-time control of your building infrastructure, especially the HVAC. It is a true retrofit solution that does not require rewriting and therefore removes some of the long-standing barriers in the commercial real estate industry when it comes to energy efficiency.

What is the underlying technology that you are using?

We utilize our lifestyle, the fact that we are always connected via some portable device. Using WiFi radio and smart algorithms LightFi's occupancy and environment sensors tell you how, when and where people are actually using your space, in real-time. LightFi also integrates with the BMS to automate responsive HVAC and lighting, optimized to improve your indoor air quality and well being, while reducing your building's energy consumption.

Partnerships with investors for energy savings projects, along with partnerships with customers that can provide us with energy savings projects.
